Formation

Simon holds a Master’s degree in business law (Paris Dauphine University), a Master’s degree in finances (Sorbonne University), and an LL.M (Master of Laws) from Cornell University (USA).

Professional experiences

Before co-founding Evolve Avocats in 2022, Simon practiced during several years for different French and Anglo-Saxon top tier law firms (Linklaters, Dentons, Ayache).

Simon developed a sharp expertise particularly in the support of start-ups and Small and Medium Enterprises (“SME”) and in merger and acquisition transactions.

He is the author of “Funds raisings: practical and legal aspects” (Lamy 2012). He is also co-author of the “Practical guide of AFIC capital’s development” and of the “Private equity Handbook 2005” (France section).

Interventions

Finally, his investment in fundraisings’ operations allowed him to earn a high level of recognition from his peers. He was referred to by the Decision Maker Guide/ Leaders Ligue CAPITAL INVESTMENT as having a renowned practice. 

Simon leads numerous workshops in corporate law, but also in entrepreneurship, fundraising operations and mergers and acquisitions.
